Is raw feeding time consuming?

All our raw feeding products come handily packaged and frozen, so when you get your food home or when it is delivered, all you'll need to do is simply place it in the freezer and make sure it is thoroughly defrosted for feeding time.

The initial switch to a raw dog food diet is more daunting to us humans than it is to our canine or feline four-legged friends and it can take time to fully understand the raw pet food diet, especially if you’re worried about bacteria (it’s nothing to be concerned about though!). When you begin feeding raw pet food to your pet, you may find it takes more time than usual as we recommend slowly introducing raw feeding. However, we are confident that even after just a few days, you will have settled into your new routine.

As you can see from the below example, feeding raw doesn’t mean dedicating huge amounts of your time preparing pet food. Indeed, often the most-time consuming element is worrying about remembering to take it out of the freezer(!).

•    Step 1) Defrost the food in a fridge (We like to place the food in a separate Tupperware container)

•    Step 4) Wash the food bowl up after
