Lamb contains varying amounts of fat, depending on level of trimming and the animal's diet, age, gender, and feed. Lamb is a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Lamb by definition is an animal under 1yr’s old & mutton is from an older animal. For ease of use we call all of our products lamb but we do use Mutton.
Again we have personally visited our suppliers to fully understand the whole process & to assure the quality of the ingredients that we source. Not only does this allow us to fully understand the processes involved but it also allows us to see how the animals are treated through the processes which is also very important to ourselves.
Lamb is a rich source of many vitamins and minerals.
A Lamb Neck or Rib is a fantastic meal that provides a workout, mental stimulation & neutron all at the same time.
